You will need:

Hand blender or blender

Ingredients for the spicy bell pepper dip

For 4 servings, 1 serving = approx. 50 g (0 g of sugar)

1 red bell pepper

1 chili pepper

1 clove garlic

4 tbsp tomato paste

50 ml olive oil

20 ml vinegar

1 tsp sweet paprika powder

0.5 tsp cumin powder

0.5 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1:

Wash, remove the seeds, and dice the bell pepper and chili pepper. Peel and halve the garlic clove.

Step 2:

Put the chopped ingredients in the blender with 4 tbsp of tomato paste, 50 ml of olive oil, 20 ml of vinegar, 1 tsp of sweet paprika powder, ½ tsp of cumin powder, and ½ tsp of salt. Then blend until smooth.

If the mixture is too firm, add a little more olive oil.
