You will need:
Ice cube tray, hand mixer with whisk
Ingredients for the iced coffee
For 4 servings, 1 serving = approx. 200 ml (0 g of sugar)
250 ml very strong coffee or espresso
500 ml milk
120 g whipped cream
Optional: 0.5 vanilla pod
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to add sugar. Just remember to track the amount.
Preparation
Step 1:
Brew 250 ml of very strong coffee or espresso. Allow the coffee or espresso to cool. Then pour into ice cube trays and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 2:
Scrape out half of the vanilla pod and add it to 120 g of cream. Then whip everything with a hand mixer until stiff.
Step 3:
Divide the coffee ice cubes evenly among the glasses.
Step 4:
Top up with 500 ml of milk.
Step 5:
Use a spoon to top the iced coffee with the cream and serve.
The iced coffee is perfect for hot summer days.
