You will need:
Baking paper, baking tray
Ingredients for the savory bars
For 12 servings, 1 serving = approx. 1 bar (0 g of sugar)
100 g tomatoes, dried preserved in oil
100 g black olives, pitted
50 g walnuts
150 g rolled oats
15 g sesame seeds
30 g sunflower seeds
150 g Emmental cheese, grated
3 tbsp oil from the preserved tomatoes
2 eggs
1 tsp rubbed oregano or pizza seasoning

Preparation
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 170 degrees (if possible, use the convection setting).
Cut 100 g of dried tomatoes and 100 g of black olives into cubes. Chop 50 g of walnuts and place all the ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2:
Add 150 g of rolled oats, 15 g of sesame seeds, 30 g of sunflower seeds, 150 g of grated Emmental cheese, 3 tbsp of oil from the preserved tomatoes, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp of oregano to the bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3:
Place the mixture on a baking tray with baking paper and shape into a rectangle approximately 2 cm high.

Step 4:
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170 degrees. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then cut into equal-sized bars.

When well sealed, the savory bars can be stored for about 5 days. If frozen, they can be kept for several months.
