You will need:

Ingredients for semolina porridge with nut butter and raspberries
For 4 servings, 1 serving = approx. 300 g (8 g of sugar)
800 ml milk
80 g wheat semolina
30 g sugar
200 g curd
200 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
1 tbsp nut butter
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to add more sugar. Just remember to track the amount. If this recipe is too sweet for you, you can of course reduce or skip the amount.
Preparation
Step 1:
Pour 800 ml of milk into a pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2:
Remove the pot from the heat. Add 80 g of wheat semolina and 30 g of sugar and whisk thoroughly. Bring everything to the boil again.
Cover the pot with a lid and leave on the hot stove top for 10 minutes to thicken. Stir regularly so it doesn’t burn.
Then allow the semolina porridge to cool slightly so that you can no longer burn yourself.
Step 3:
Add 200 g of curd to the cooled semolina porridge and mix everything together.
Step 4:
Fill the finished semolina porridge into bowls, decorate it to your taste, and enjoy!
Add some nut puree of your choice to each bowl, as well as 50 g of raspberries as a topping.
You can eat the semolina porridge as a dessert or for breakfast.
