You will need:
Blender, measuring cup
Ingredients for the mixed-berry shake
For 3 servings, 1 serving = approx. 200 ml (0 g of sugar)
150 g natural yogurt
200 ml milk
1 banana, very ripe
100 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
100 g blueberries, frozen or fresh

If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to add sugar. Just remember to track the amount.
For an ice-cold mixed-berry shake, only use frozen berries.
Preparation
Step 1:
Measure out 150 g of yogurt and 200 ml of milk. Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces, and put it into the blender together with the yogurt and milk.

Step 2:
Wash 100 g of raspberries and 100 g of blueberries, then add them to the blender as well.
Finely puree all the ingredients.

Step 3:
Pour into jars or glasses and enjoy!
