You will need:
Blender, measuring cup
Ingredients for the coconut-banana shake
For two servings, 1 serving = 1 glas (0 g of sugar)
1 banana, very ripe
400 ml coconut drink
some grated coconut flakes
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to add sugar. Just remember to track the amount.
Preparation
Step 1:
Peel banana, chop coarsely and put in blender with 400 ml chilled coconut drink.
Step 2:
Mix until smooth.
Step 3:
Transfer to jars or glasses and enjoy!
Sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve with a straw.
Served with ice cubes, this coconut-banana shake is super refreshing in the summer.
