You will need:
Glass carafe/jug 1 liter
Ingredients for infused water mango-ginger
For 4 servings (1 liter), 1 serving = 250 ml (0 g of sugar)
1 liter of water, carbonated
50 g mango
1 small piece of ginger
Optional: ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1:
Wash the mango, peel, cut in half, remove the core, and cut 50 g of the flesh into cubes. Wash 1 small piece of ginger, cut into thin slices.
Step 2:
Put all ingredients in a glass carafe or jug and add 1 liter of carbonated water.
Leave to infuse in the fridge for about 2 hours, then serve.
Serve the infused water mango-ginger with ice cubes.
