Ingredients for the overnight oats
For one serving, 1 serving = approx. 200 g (0 g of sugar)
40 g rolled oats
75 g curd
120 ml milk
20 g raisins
80 g blueberries
1 pinch vanilla sugar
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, you can add more dried fruit. If this recipe is too sweet for you, you can of course reduce the amount of dried fruit.
Preparation
Step 1:
Put 40 g of oas, 75 g of curd, 120 ml of milk or milk alternative, 20 g of raisins, and a pinch of vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix everything.
The mixture must be a little liquid because the oatmeal will thicken overnight.
Step 2:
Spread 80 g of blueberries on top of the mixture and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Enjoy this super quick breakfast the next morning at home or to go!
If you use a screw-top jar, you can alternate layers of blueberries and cream.
