Blender, measuring cup
Ingredients for the breakfast smoothie
For 2 servings, 1 serving = approx. 300 ml (0 g of sugar)
1 orange
1 carrot
1 apple
40 g rolled oats
300 ml milk or plant milk
½ lemon
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to add sugar. Just remember to track the amount.
Preparation
Step 1:
Peel and dice the orange, and remove the seeds. Wash and dice the carrot and apple. Squeeze half a lemon.
Step 2:
Put the chopped ingredients and lemon juice in a blender with 40 g of rolled oats and 300 ml of milk.
Step 3:
Finely puree all ingredients.
Step 4:
Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy!
A great alternative to the classic breakfast, if your hunger is not so big in the morning.
