You will need:
Blender, measuring cup, lemon squeezer
Ingredients for the veggie smoothie
For 2 servings, 1 serving = approx. 250 ml (0 g of sugar)
0,5 cucumber
1 avocado
0,5 lemon
300 ml milk or plant milk
0.5 tsp salt
pepper to taste
parsley and/or dill to taste
Optional: a little tabasco
Preparation
Step 1:
Wash the cucumber, halve, and chop it into large pieces. Scoop out the avocado with a tablespoon and chop it too. Squeeze half a lemon. Wash the parsley and/or dill and remove the stalks.
Step 2:
Put all the ingredients in a blender together with 300 ml of milk, ½ tsp of salt, and season with pepper to taste.
Add some tabasco for more spiciness.
Step 3:
Finely puree all the ingredients.
Step 4:
Pour into glasses, decorate with a little parsley or dill and some ground pepper, and enjoy!
You can enjoy the vegetable smoothie as a cold dinner on hot summer days.
