You will need:
For this recipe, you do not need any special tools.
Ingredients for the pear yogurt topped with walnuts
For 1 serving, 1 serving (5 g of sugar)
1 pear
150 g natural yogurt
5 g sugar
6 walnut halves
Notice:
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to add more sugar. Just remember to track the amount. If this recipe is too sweet for you, you can of course reduce or skip the amount.
Preparation
Step 1:
Cut the pear into small cubes.
Step 2:
Mix 150 g of yogurt, 5 g of sugar, and the chopped pear in a small bowl.
Step 3:
Chop the 6 walnut halves with a knife and spread on the yogurt.
Tip:
Enjoy the pear yogurt as a delicious breakfast or as a quick snack in between!
Tip:
For more variety, you can sprinkle the yogurt with cinnamon.
