You will need:
Whisk or fork
Ingredients for the tomato-basil dip
For 6 servings, 1 serving = approx. 50 g (0 g of sugar)
1 clove garlic
40 g tomatoes, dried preserved in oil
0.5 bunch of basil
2 tbsp oil from the dried tomatoes
250 g herb cream cheese (without flavors)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1:
Crush 1 clove of garlic using a garlic press or chop very finely. Also, chop 40 g of dried tomatoes and ½ bunch of basil finely.
Step 2:
Mix 2 tbsp of oil from the dried tomatoes, 250 g of herb cream cheese, and the finely chopped ingredients with a whisk or fork. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
The tomato-basil dip is perfect as a spread or as a dip for vegetable sticks.
