Ingredients for the banana-peanut shake
For 2 servings, 1 serving = 200 ml (0 g of sugar)
250 ml milk or plant milk
50 g rolled oats
30 g peanut butter, unsweetened
1 banana, very ripe
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to add sugar. Just remember to track the amount.
Preparation
Step 1:
Peel the banana, cut it in half, and put it in a blender with 250 ml of milk, 50 g of rolled oats, and 30 g of peanut butter.
Step 2:
Mix until smooth.
