You will need:

Ingredients for the yogurt and herb dip
For 8 servings, 1 serving = approx. 50 g(0 g of sugar)
1 clove garlic
½ onion, red
100 g low-fat curd
250 g yogurt
½ lemon
2 tsp fresh herbs, e.g. parsley, chives
salt
pepper
Preparation
Step 1:
Cut 1 clove of garlic and a ½ onion into small cubes.
Step 2:
Mix 100 g of low-fat curd and 250 g of yogurt until creamy, add the diced onion and the garlic.
Step 3:
Wash and chop the herbs. Squeeze ½ lemon.
Step 4:
Add the chopped herbs and the lemon juice to the curd mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper.
The yogurt and herb dip goes well with these cheese waffles.
