You will need:
Knife or food processor, pot
Ingredients for the vegan minced meat
For 4 servings, 1 serving = 250 g (0 g of sugar)
2 onions, red
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp canola oil
500 g mushrooms
100 g walnuts
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp mustard
½ tsp paprika powder
½ tsp salt
smoked paprika to taste

Preparation
Step 1:
Finely dice 2 onions and 1 clove of garlic.
Clean and finely dice 500 g of mushrooms. Chop 100 g of walnuts into small pieces.

In small portions, place walnuts and mushrooms in a food processor and chop by pressing the turbo button. Ensure that the mixture doesn’t become mushy.
Step 2:
Sauté onions and garlic cubes in a pot with 2 tbsp of canola oil until golden.

Step 3:
Add the diced mushrooms and sauté until the mixture turns golden brown and slightly crispy in places.

Step 4:
Add walnut cubes, 1 tbsp of tomato paste, 1 tbsp of mustard, ½ tsp of paprika powder, ½ tsp of salt, and smoked paprika to taste. Mix well and heat the mixture again.

Step 5:
The vegan minced meat is perfect for dishes like lasagna or as a filling for vegetables such as peppers or zucchini.
