You will need:
Blender or food processor
Ingredients for the power balls
For 8 servings, 1 serving = 1 power ball (0 g of sugar)
60 g dates, pitted
30 g nuts e.g. walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts …
15 g peanut butter, unsweetened
5 g baking cocoa
1 pinch salt
some cocoa powder or coconut flakes

Preparation
Step 1:
Add 60 g of pitted dates, 30 g of nuts of your choice, 15 g of unsweetened peanut butter, 5 g of baking cocoa, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend until smooth.

For a more crunchy texture, add chopped nuts to the mixture.
Step 2:
Roll the mixture into equal-sized balls.
