Prepare your own ice cubes with a mold or buy them ready-made.
Preparation
Step 1:
Halve and pit 400 g of peaches, then cut them into chunks. Place the peach pieces in a tall measuring cup and blend until smooth. Pour the puree through a clean kitchen towel and collect the juice in a glass carafe.

Step 2:
Rinse and dry 200 g of peaches. Remove the pits and slice into wedges.

Step 3:
Stir 32 g of sugar into the peach juice. Add the peach wedges and 4 black tea bags, then pour over 1 l of boiling water. Let steep for 2 minutes, then remove the tea bags.

Careful, the longer the tea steeps, the more bitter it gets.
Step 4:
Let the tea cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then put it in the fridge.

Add a few ice cubes to help the tea cool down faster.
Step 5:
Add ice cubes just before serving and enjoy the peach iced tea well chilled.

If desired, fresh mint can be added.
