You will need:
Popsicle containers or washed out yogurt cups and teaspoons, blender
Ingredients for the mango icecream
For 4 servings, 1 serving = 1 ice cream (8 g of sugar)
1 mango
50 g cream or coconut yogurt
0,5 lime
32 g sugar
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to add more sugar. Just remember to track the amount. If this recipe is too sweet for you, you can of course reduce or skip the amount.
Preparation
Step 1:
Peel the mango and cut into small pieces.
Step 2:
Squeeze half a lime. Weigh out 50 g of cream and 32 g of sugar.
Step 3:
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Step 4:
Pour the ice cream mixture into the containers of your choice and let them freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Step 5:
Take the ice cream out of the freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
