Ingredients for the horseradish dressing
For 4 servings, 1 serving = approximately 50 g (0 g of sugar)
½ lemon
120 g crème fraîche
2 tsp horseradish, from the jar
1 tsp mustard
4 tbsp olive oil
a little salt
some pepper

Preparation
Step 1:
Wash the lemon, cut in half, and squeeze one half. Mix the juice (approximately 1 tbsp) with 120 g of crème fraîche, 2 tsp of horseradish, 1 tsp of mustard, 4 tbsps of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
