Ingredients for the chocolate peanut butter banana ice cream
For 2 servings, 1 serving = 100 g (10 g of sugar)
150 g banana
30 g dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa solids)
15 g peanut butter
5 g powdered sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
10 g peanuts
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to add more sugar. Just remember to track the amount. If this recipe is too sweet for you, you can of course reduce or skip the amount.
The bananas must be frozen the day before.
Preparation
Step 1:
Peel 150 g of banana, cut it into slices, and place it in a freezer bag. Freeze overnight.
Step 2:
Finely chop 30 g of chocolate. Place the banana slices in a blender together with 15 g of peanut butter, 5 g of powdered sugar, 1 tsp of cocoa powder, and 20 g of the chopped chocolate. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3:
Top the finished chocolate peanut butter banana ice cream with 10 g of the chopped chocolate and 10 g of peanuts.
