You will need:
Baking tray, baking paper
Ingredients for the choco crossies
For approx. 30 choco crossis, 1 serving = 3 crossis (10 g of sugar)
200 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
120 g cornflakes without sugar
Preparation
Step 1:
Coarsely chop 200 g of dark chocolate.
Step 2:
Melt the chopped chocolate with 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a water bath.
Step 3:
Add 120 g of cornflakes without sugar to the melted chocolate and mix well. Using two tablespoons place small heaps on the baking tray lined with baking paper and leave the choco crossies to dry for at least two hours.
