You will need:
Hand mixer with whisk, pan
Ingredients for the buttermilk pancakes
For 4 servings, 1 serving = 4 pancakes (0 g of sugar)
150 g wheat flour type 405
1 tsp baking powder, sprinkled
1 banana, very ripe
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
20 g butter, soft
200 ml buttermilk
some oil for frying
Optional: raspberries or blueberries as topping

If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to use sugar. Just remember to track the amount.
Preparation
Step 1:
Mix together 150 g of flour and 1 level tsp of baking powder.

Step 2:
Mash 1 banana with a fork. Melt 20 g of butter in the microwave.

Step 3:
Beat 1 egg with hand mixer fitted with whisk attachment and 1 pinch of salt until foamy. Mix the egg with 200 ml buttermilk and the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Step 4:
Heat a pan on the stove and add a little oil. When the pan is hot enough, add 1 tbsp of the batter to the pan and fry the pancakes.

The buttermilk pancakes go great with the chia raspberry spread.
