You will need
1 bowl, air fryer
Ingredients for the BBQ bean snack
For 1 serving, 1 serving = 150 g (0 g of sugar)
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp dried marjoram
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 can white giant beans
Preparation
Step 1:
Combine 1 tsp of cornstarch, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of sweet paprika, ½ tsp of smoked paprika, ½ tsp of chili flakes, ½ tsp of dried marjoram, ½ tsp of turmeric, ½ tsp of salt, and ½ tsp of pepper, then add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Step 2:
Place 1 can of giant beans in a strainer, rinse, and let them drain. Add the beans to the marinade in the bowl and mix well.
Step 3:
Bake the beans on baking paper in the air fryer for 30 minutes at 180°C. Then place them in a bowl and enjoy.
The bean snack keeps for about 5 days when stored in an airtight container.
