You will need:

125 g butter

250 g rolled oats

250 g apricots, dried

2 eggs

½ tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (if possible, use the convection setting).

Melt 125 g of butter. Then, add 250 g of rolled oats to the melted butter and mix well.

Step 2:

Cut 250 g of apricots into small cubes. Add to the rolled oats together with 2 eggs and ½ tsp baking powder. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

With the help of your hands or two teaspoons, form small balls and place them on the baking tray.

Bake the cookies at 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
