Ingredients for vegan burger patties
For 6 servings, 1 serving = 1 pattie (0 g of sugar)
180 ml plant-based milk
200 g rolled oats
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tsp oil
some smoked paprika
some garlic powder
oil for sautéing
Preparation
Step 1:
Heat 180 ml of plant-based milk. Tip: Use a microwave to heat the milk.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1 tsp oil, some smoked paprika, and some garlic powder to the warm milk and mix thoroughly. Add 200 g of rolled oats, mix everything well, and leave covered to thicken for 15 minutes.
Tip: Use a disposable glove to mix.
Step 2:
Mix again and form six equal-sized balls. Shape the balls into patties with your hands.
Step 3:
Heat about 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the vegan burger patties on both sides. When the patties have absorbed all the oil, add a little oil to make them crispy.
When the patties are golden brown, take them out of the pan and drain them on a kitchen towel. They are great together with our self-made burger buns!
The vegan burger patties are a great alternative to meat-based patties and are tasty to everyone.
