50 g apricots, dried without added sugar
100 g raisins, without added sugar

If the cereal bars are not sweet enough for you, you can add more dried fruit. If this recipe is too sweet for you, you can of course reduce the amount of dried fruit.
Preparation
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (if possible, use the convection setting).
Add 15 g of flaxseeds to 50 ml of water and allow them so soak for approximately 10 minutes. Cut 50 g of dried apricots into small pieces.
Step 2:
Add the flaxseeds including the liquid, the diced apricots, 100 g of raisins, 150 g of rolled oats, 30 g of sunflower seeds, 30 g of pumpkin seeds, 1 egg, and 100 g of plain yogurt to the bowl and mix well.
Step 3:
Place the mixture on a baking tray with baking paper and shape into a rectangle approximately 2 cm high.
Step 4:
Bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees Then, remove from the oven and cut into equal-sized bars while the mixture is still hot.
The cereal bars are great as a quick breakfast or snack between meals.
If the cereal bars don’t stick together, you can also use them as cereal for breakfast.
