You will need:
Food Processor
Ingredients for the tomato and walnut spread
For 4 servings, 1 serving = approx. 50 g (0 g of sugar)
100 g dried tomatoes, in oil
100 g walnuts
1 clove of garlic
50 g tomato paste
3 tbsps oil (from the dried tomatoes)
1 tsp. paprika, sweet
½ tsp salt
some pepper

Preparation
Step 1:
Take 100 g of tomatoes out of the oil and put them in the food processor together with 100 g of walnuts, 1 clove of garlic, 50 g of tomato paste, 3 tbsp of oil from the dried tomatoes, 1 tsp of sweet paprika, and ½ tsp of salt and blend until smooth.

To make the spread a little crunchier, chop some walnuts and add to the spread in the next step.
Step 2:
Season to taste with salt and pepper. If the spread is still too firm, add a little oil or water. Transfer the spread into a well-sealed container. Refrigerated, the tomato and walnut spread keeps at least for a 1 week.
