Ingredients for tiramisu overnight oats
For 1 serving, 1 serving = approx. 300 g (5 g of sugar)
50 ml espresso or strong coffee
50 ml milk
40 g rolled oats
150 g curd cheese or yogurt
5 g vanilla sugar
some baking cocoa
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to use more sugar.
Just remember to track the amount. If this recipe is too sweet for you, you can of course reduce or omit the amount.
Preparation
Step 1:
Mix 50 ml espresso and 50 ml milk and pour over 40 g of rolled oats.
Step 2:
Mix 150 g of curd or yogurt with 5 g of vanilla sugar and layer on the oatmeal. Dust with cocoa powder and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.
Layer the overnight oats in a screw-top jar with a lid, so you can take them with you wherever you go.
Don’t pour away any leftover cold coffee from breakfast, use it at night to prepare these tasty oats for the next day.
