Ingredients for the Pumpkin Spice Latte
For 2 servings, 1 serving = 1 cup (5 g of sugar)
300 ml water
2 black tea bags
2 cloves
1 star anise
1 vanilla bean
100 g pumpkin purée, jar
300 ml oat milk, barista
1 level tsp cinnamon
2 pinches ground cardamom
2 pinches ground ginger, dried
4 pinches ground allspice
10 g brown sugar
50 ml strong coffee
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to use sugar.

Preparation
Step 1:
Bring 300 ml of water to a boil in a pot, add 2 black tea bags, 2 cloves, and 1 star anise, and let steep for 3 minutes.
Step 2:
Remove the tea bags, cloves, and star anise from the pot. Cut 1 vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds.
Step 3:
Add 100 g of pumpkin purée, 200 ml of oat milk, the scraped vanilla seeds, 1 level tsp of cinnamon, 2 pinches of cardamom, 2 pinches of ginger, 4 pinches of allspice, and 10 g of brown sugar to the pot. Bring to a boil and whisk well.
Step 4:
Pour 100 ml of oat milk into a milk frother and froth it.
Step 5:
Pour the tea-spice mixture into two large cups, add 50 ml of coffee, top each with the frothed milk, stir, and serve.
