You will need:
Hand blender
Ingredients for the ketchup
For 4 servings, 1 serving = approx. 50 g (0 g of sugar)
5 dates, pitted
100 g pureed tomatoes
50 g tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp distilled vinegar
2 tbsps water
a little salt

Preparation
Step 1:
Put 5 of pitted dates, 100 g of strained tomatoes, 50 g of tomato paste, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of brandy vinegar, 2 tbsp of water, and some salt in a tall container and puree.

If the dates are dry, pour some hot water over them and let them soak. Before further processing, drain the water. Then you will probably need less water for the recipe.
Step 2:
Season to taste and transfer the ketchup into a jar. It will keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
