You will need
Vegetable slicer, bowl
Ingredients for the cucumber dill salad
For 4 servings, 1 serving = 100 g (0 g of sugar)
1 cucumber
5 stalks dill
1 small onion
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Preparation
Step 1:
Thinly slice a cucumber with a vegetable slicer. Chop 5 stalks of dill and finely dice 1 small onion.

Salt the cucumber slices and let them drain in a strainer for 30 minutes to prevent the cucumber salad from becoming too watery.
Step 2:
Mix 2 tbsp of white vinegar, 2 tbsp of sunflower oil, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper in a bowl with a whisk. Stir in the dill and onion.

Step 3:
Mix the cucumber slices with the dressing and serve.

Stored in a sealed container in the fridge, the cucumber salad will keep for up to 2 days.
