You will need

Ingredients for the coconut porridge
For 1 serving, 1 serving = approximately 325 g (0 g of sugar)
40 g rolled oats
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp shredded coconut
200 ml coconut milk
1 vanilla bean
For the garniture
25 g fresh raspberries
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tsp shredded coconut
If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to use sugar. Just remember to track the amount.
Preparation
Step 1:
Combine 40 g of rolled oats with ½ tsp of cinnamon, 2 tbsp of shredded coconut, 200 ml of coconut milk, and 1 vanilla bean in a small pot. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until a creamy consistency forms.
Step 2:
Transfer the coconut porridge to a bowl.
Garnish with 25 g of fresh raspberries, 1 tbsp of chopped almonds, and 1 tsp of shredded coconut.
