Ingredients for the chocolate peanut eggs
For 8 servings, 1 serving = 1 egg (3 g of sugar)
50 g rolled oats
60 g peanut butter, unsweetened
90 g dates, pitted
1 tsp cinnamon
80 g dark chocolate 70 %
1 pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1:
Place 50 g of rolled oats, 60 g of peanut butter, 90 g of dates, and 1 tsp of cinnamon in a food processor.

If the dates are too dry, soak them in warm water for 5-10 minutes beforehand. Then drain and place in the food processor.
Step 2:
Process all ingredients in a food processor until a moldable dough forms.

Step 3:
Divide the dough into 8 portions. Shape each piece into an egg and place on a board lined with baking paper.

Step 4:
In a bowl, melt 80 g of dark chocolate in the microwave at 600 watts in 30-second intervals. Evenly dip the shaped eggs in the chocolate.

Step 5:
Place the eggs on a board lined with baking paper.

Step 6:
Sprinkle the chocolate-covered eggs with 1 pinch of sea salt and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set.

The chocolate peanut eggs are ready to enjoy once cooled! They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
