You will need
Food blender, 1 bowl
Ingredients for the chocolate mousse
For 6 servings, 1 serving = 100 g (10 g of sugar)
200 g dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa content)
400 g silken tofu
1 vanilla bean
For the garniture
6 almonds

If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to use sugar.
Just remember to track the amount.
The darker the chocolate, the lower the sugar content.
Preparation
Step 1:
Finely chop 200 g of dark chocolate and melt in a water bath.

It’s even easier in the microwave: break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe container. Heat for one minute at 600 watts. If you still find pieces when stirring afterwards, put the chocolate back in the microwave for another 30 seconds.
Step 2:
Place 400 g of silken tofu into the food blender. Cut a vanilla bean in half, scrape out the seeds and add to the mixture. Add the melted chocolate. Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is airy and smooth.

Step 3:
Pour into dessert glasses and leave to rest in the fridge for approximately 2 hours.

Step 4:
Chop the almonds with a knife. Garnish the chocolate mousse with the chopped almond slivers before serving.

The vegan chocolate mousse will keep for a few days in the fridge.
