You will need
Plate, food blender or food processor, 3 small bowls
Ingredients for the chocolate banana ice cream with cinnamon
For 3 servings, 1 serving = 2 scoops, approximately 100g (2 g of sugar)
5 ripe bananas
20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
30 ml water
20 g dark chocolate, 80 % Kakao

If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to add more bananas or sugar.
Just remember to track the amount of sugar.
The bananas must be frozen the day before.
Preparation
Step 1:
Peel the bananas, slice them into pieces (approximately 1cm), spread them out on a plate, and freeze overnight.

Step 2:
Add the frozen banana pieces, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and water to a food blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3:
Finely chop 20 g of dark chocolate with a knife and stir it into the ice cream mixture using a spoon. Freeze for another 30 minutes.

Step 4:
Spoon the chocolate banana ice cream with cinnamon into three small bowls and serve.

You can also freeze the chocolate banana ice cream with cinnamon and enjoy it later. Just let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
