You will need:
Food blender or food processor
Ingredients for the blueberry vanilla fruit spread
For 1 glas, approx. 270 g, 1 serving = approx. 25 g (0 g of sugar)
10 dates, pitted
200 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
60 ml water
25 g flax seeds
0,5 vanilla bean

If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, feel free to use sugar. Just remember to track the amount.
Preparation
Step 1:
Put 10 dates, 200 g blueberries, and 60 ml water in a pot and boil for 3-4 minutes until bubbling. Stir regularly.
Caution: Beware of hot splashes!

Step 2:
Cut half a vanilla pod in half, scrape it out, and together with the fruit mixture from the pot, add it to the food processor or blender. Add 25 g of flax seeds and blend until you get a smooth mixture.

Step 3:
Then fill the fruit spread into a clean, sterilized preserving jar and seal.
Well sealed, the blueberry vanilla fruit spread keeps about 7 days in the refrigerator.

The blueberry vanilla fruit spread can also be frozen in portions and defrosted overnight in the fridge if necessary.
