You will need
Air fryer, heat-resistant container or baking tin
Ingredients for the air fryer breakfast carrot cake
For 1 serving, 1 serving = 350 g (0 g of sugar)
50 g carrot
1 banana
125 g curd
1 egg
100 ml milk
40 g rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp raisins
15 g walnuts
For the garniture
1 tsp curd
1 walnut

If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, you can use more raisins. If this recipe is too sweet for you, you can of course reduce the amount of raisins.
Preparation
Step 1:
Wash 50 g of carrot thoroughly and finely grate it with the peel.

Step 2:
Mash 1 banana and combine it with 125 g of curd, 1 egg, 100 ml of milk, 40 g of rolled oats, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 50 g of grated carrot, 1 tbsp of raisins, and 15 g of walnuts in a small bowl. Mix well with a spoon.

Step 3:
Transfer the dough to a heat-resistant container or baking tin and place it in the air fryer. Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.

Step 4:
Remove the tin from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with 1 tsp of curd and 1 walnut.
