You will need:
Food blender, baking tin
Ingredients for the breakfast berry bake
For 2 servings, 1 serving = approx. 250 g (0 g of sugar)
100 g rolled oats
100 ml milk
100 g yogurt
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
50 g almonds, slightly chopped
50 g raisins
100 g berries, e.g. strawberries, blueberries
some butter to grease the baking tin

If this recipe is not sweet enough for you, you can use more raisins. If this recipe is too sweet for you, you can of course reduce the amount of raisins.
Preparation
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection.
Put 100 g of rolled oats, 100 ml of milk, 100 g of yogurt, 1 egg, and 1 pinch of salt in a food blender, mix well, and pour everything into a bowl.

Step 2:
Chop 100 g of berries and gently fold them into the dough along with 50 g of coarsely chopped almonds and 50 g of raisins.

Step 3:
Grease a baking tin with butter, pour the mixture in evenly, and bake for about 20 – 25 minutes.

Step 4:
Serve the finished breakfast berry bake hot.

You can also bake the breakfast berry bake with berries in oven-proof jars, then it’s great to take with you for a picnic.
